first off cant get real to play a mpeg4 or 3g file on my E62 , however a friend has an E61 and it plays just fine..Anyone know why that would be the case..I tried to install Helix player but the app dosent install..so for now no video on my E62..I have tried various bit depths ranging from 100 kbps and 800 kbps and still just hear audio and black video..when I pause the video updates to latest frame..

Download Pocket Divx (http://mobile.divx.com/DivXPlayer_S60_3rd.sisx). Then you can use either Super or DVD Catalyst 2.0 to convert files. Super is free but it crashes a lot. DVD Catalyst 2.0 cost $20 but works very well and is fast. A movie taks about half the time to convers as it is long.
