Activesynch - Emails Don't Delete...

Hi!

Long time since I've posted here - thank you for welcoming me back! 😊

I just took delivery of a 990i, and set up activesynch. Emails seem to be coming in okay, but after I read, reply and delete them (locally and generally) they come right back.

I've tried different settings - but I have a feeling I'm missing something really simple. Activesynch works fine with my E-61 - but for some reason success on the 990i is eluding me...

Can any of you folks help?

I wonder if its not communicating with the server properly. I'll check mine and see what the settings are.

Might be worth a support email to DataViz as they are the authors of the ActiveSync stuff.

Thanks Rafe -

My exchange server hosts told me to contact Dataviz, but on the Dataviz site they specify that Sony Ericsson handles all the support for the 990i. So I dashed an email off to Sony yesterday.

I also get "synch errors" each time...but most of my contacts and calendar entries come through correctly. Hopefully Sony will help me resolve this.

did you have any success with your syncronisation errors? Is it working now or do you still have problems?
