Whenever i try and connect to my gmail inbox, i get a warning that says that the security certificate is not trusted and do i want to continue.
Is there anyway i can disable that message, or add the certificate to my trusted sites?
I ask because it makes utomatic retrieval a pain in the ass, because it has to ask for permission every time.
Any help would be appreciated. Cheers ^^
Yes you can install a certificate. Its been discussed a few time here in the forum. I can't remember the details, but you should be able to find it using search.
Turns out the solution to my particular problem was as simple as changing the addresses from "pop.gmail.com" to "pop.googlemail.com" and "smtp.googlemail.com".
Works a treat 😊
You can accept the certificate, and all works correct.
