Yo... I need someone's help. My phone cannot load the theme application. It just suddenly cannot use. Anyone can help me????? Pleaseeee.....:con?

I think that is a software conflit. Some installation cause that... Or You uninstall the last ones and see if the problem have gonne, or do a phone reset, for now.

I've tried to reset my phone many times but still the same thing happen. Do u want me to uninstall all the themes? I think I haven't installed any apps in a while....

I still can't use the themes application. I think we need to proceed with next step. Do I need to backup my files prior to the soft format? How do i do that?

Backup all, or You lose all:icon4: Do a backup to the card + Use PCSuite and do a Backup + more a Outlook sink, just in case. Soft format code: *#7370#.
