I think, after owning an N80 that the E70 could have been a serious competitor to it. But for some reason here in UK the E70 is basically unheard of.
I have checked all the specs for the E70 and it does look as good as the N80 to me. Same screen size, Wi-Fi, etc. The only major differences between the two that really matter for me are the E70 has no flash on the camera, but also it uses a BL-6C batterry and we know they are a lot better for battery life!
Can anyone else think of any other things about this?
Also phisical aspect and dimensions and FM Radio. But I undestand You, they are almost the same from some angle!
Yeah the design of the N80 is much nicer. But the widescreen browser and battery life almost make it better!
Battery life is very important, because all the goodies came useless without power...

true, but the n80 does have a battery! (i.e. its not without power) -its just a question of is it enough for your needs, its enough for me as even though i am a heavy user, charging everynight isnt a problem and if i am to run low before i can charge it in the car.
I had an E70 before my N80.
Sold it because there are no silicone gloves for it (due to keyboard flip), it's slippery and easy to drop, too big in the pocket and above all, has an appalling joystick ... very frustrating.
Sure it has a few better features like landscape browsing and editing of Office documents.
But the N80's a better phone to live with.
Good things about the E70 are the keyboard and normal battery life.
