It's pay-per view video service for people with 7650 & living in UK. I guess this is the criteria for the club:
Joining is easy! All you need is a mobile phone with the right service plan from a UK mobile operator. Make sure that you have got GPRS high-speed data access enabled. If not, find out how to get it on your operator�s web site or by phoning them. At the time of writing, December 2002, Vodafone, O2 and Orange offer GPRS in the UK but not yet T-Mobile.
