Data Cable

Daft question.

When you want to disconnect the data cable there seems to be no option other than just pull it out. WHen you connect you get options i.e. pc suite etc.
Are you supposed to choose any options first????

Press the red button, the same you would to end the call, then it will stop data transfer and return the phone into Online mode, and then it will be safe to pull out the data cable.

I uncheck the cable in Connections from PC Suite. It's a kind of safely remove and when I want it back, I just check the box again.

The way I do, without any problem, so far.
