My realplayer doesn't seem to play downloaded mpg's or .swf files. For mpgs I keep getting an error that says the file format is unsupported and for .swf files the error reads that the file is corrupted... I've tried downloading the mobile DivX player but I get a certificate error from them... I haven't been able to view any video... REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS PHONE RIGHT NOW. PLEASE HELP! 😡

Real Player is an audio and video player. Not a Flash player. Can you open flash files with Real Player on your PC? You can open .swf files (Flash files) with the built-in Flash player. Note that the mobile version of Flash player is only able to open Flash lite files that have been explicitely developped for mobile devices. It won't be able to open normal flash File.
There isn't an MPEG1 player on the E62 (for .mpg files) so you'll have to convert them first to either 3gp or MP4 video files. There are plenty of discussions threads here and on other forums about that. Use the search (search for E61, it's the same as the the E62 as far as video is concerned).
Regarding the certificate error, you need to change the settings of the App. Manager to allow the installation of all programs instead of just the Symbian signed ones. Once again, there are countless of discussions thread about that just about everywhere (go to App. Manager then Options -> settings and you'll see it there).
