Longtime reader, first time poster...so pardoning me for being a noob or if this has been asked before...
I recently installed Profimail on my E62 and I can't get it to stay open. As soon as I click on Menu>Account>New, it shuts off. It actually shuts off on any submenu routine...
This is gonna be the deal breaker if I can't make this work and I am back to the BB8700c.
I like Nokia a lot and their products get great reception for me, but the built in email clients are not it for me.
Have profimail on my 6682 and it is great...so naturally I want it to work on the E62 also...
Any thoughts or insight is appreciated...

Anyone got an idea or is this just a Profimail issue or no one likes a Noob 😊 or no one likes the E62😎 ?
Why don't you contact Lonely Cat Games (developers of ProfiMail)?

I did...thought I might find an answer here instead. There is a post in the Lonely Cat Games forum...
Their answer to everyone with the E62 is that Nokia has too many phones and too many versions of Symbian, therefore they can't make the software work on everything. They might try and fix the problem or they might just get the reseller to issue refunds and keep moving...
I am not kidding about that answer either...
Aren't E series running on Symbian series 60 V3?

Yes, E61/62/60/70/50 are on Version 3...
Maybe there's a bug of your phone. My N70 for example exits any messenger-like app when I try to write a message to someone.
I wish that it was that simple, right now. It is a blame game btwn Lonely Cat Games and Nokia.
Again, there is a long thread over on the LCG website of people listing the same complaint.
The response from LCG is the API is different for each of the S60 Version 3 phones, so they can't keep up with each API change. Somewhat believeable, but the fact that they are more or less saying bug off is really perplexing.
