Hi all I have been trying to watch movies on my N80 for the longest time but even though I get them loaded on the action scenes are "jerky":frown: and the whole movie plays the same way my friend has a Palm 650 and the same movie shows perfectly on his phone:con? . I have installed smartmovie and divix plyer but all with the same result. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks look forward to seeing your replies.🙄

Divx player is still beta. I recommend Realplayer for smooth performance and higher quality.
For Divx lower the framerate if you wish to keep the quality. There are no magic settings because the software is not good enough. Nokia N90 gets better results due to its version being more mature i assume.

Thanks I tried to use Real Player but it keeps saying invalid file any other ideas or is there another version of Real that I need to use?

See wich Settings do You use... Should work, if You use the correct settings to produce the movies.
You cant just put on full hi-definition or even unformatted files on the phone and expect it to run flawlessly. Even though the divx players can play .avi, the way I watch episodes flawlessly is by converting with the program called SUPER. Theres a thread on these forums just search for SUPER or something, and in the thread is the exact settings to set SUPER to when encoding the file.
