v3 on o2

I have an n80 with version 3 o2 firmware... if i use the nokia updater to update to v4 oem will it break my phone ....?!?!:con?

oh im confused now, i just tried to up date and it says there are no updates avaliable !!?? my phone is version 3 why wont it let me update to v4 ??😮

O2 branded v4 firmware has not yet been released - there's an O2 firmware thread running further down with others who are still waiting..
