SD door N80 a little bit slackly?

no they are all like it, i think its been done to match the loose front pannel and the loose battery cover.... its a nokia after all they are pretty crappy build quality...

and from my experience, loose and rattly is part of their specifications. I have returned mine twice to Nokia and they tell me its within spec.

My'n is 100% fine

thomaslehner, My SD card door is fine, wish that's all it was. My whole slider is very loose and on vibrate sounds like I have a swarm of Bees with wooden wings in my pocket (and appears to be getting worse). Additionally with profile set to Silent and vibrate ON, (a very often used setting to keep phone activity discreet) people around me wonder what the hell's going on in my pocket. Everyone I have shown the phone to agree it's a problem except Nokia who dodge the issue declaring it's within specification.
