is there anyway when you have loads of messages in you inbox to delete them all at once, instead of one by one cant seem to find an option for this.

Options > Mark/Unmark > Mark all
Then hit 'C' or Options > Delete
You can also press the "Pencil" key, keep it pressed down and scroll to select (to replace the Mark/Unmark part).
