Switching between providers

I was thinking about purchasing a Nokia N80, but I had a question about providers.

Currently I have two cel phones, one for personal use (T-Mobile) and one for business use (Cingular). I'd like to buy an N80 and simply switch out the SIM cards when necessary, so that I could use one phone for both functions. The questions I had in regard to this are:

1. Is it possible to save my contacts in the phone itself and have them be available no matter which SIM card is in use?
2. Same as #1 but in regards to preferences, profiles, ringtones, etc.
3. Are there any other problems in regards to switching like this? To my knowledge, all my subscriber information is stored on the SIM cards, so switching between two SIMS should be seamless, correct?

Thanks for all the help, I've been browsing around the forums for a couple of weeks now and you guys are great!

1. Yes and that's actually how the phone operates (makes it difficult to get to SIM contacts)
2. Yes.
3. Make sure you get an unlocked/SIM free/unrestricted N80 (i.e., one that allows you to switch the SIM cards freely).
