N73 strange product code — Nokia N71, Nokia N73 and Nokia N75

I recently got my new N73-1 (whatever the '-1' stands for..), and it tells me that the product code is 0542380 and the hardware version is 6000.

What's the deal with that? I have several friends with the same model of phone, but a completely different model number, most of them say 0529605 or 0527009.

Do I have a hacked or faked phone on my hands? I have searched both here and on google for explanations of product codes, and what they stand for, but no luck at all on the number I have in my phone.

Can somebody please clear this out for me?

I found out... That product code corresponds to a Nokia N73-1, branded by 3 network in Sweden....

Thanks for caring anyway. The phone is now de-branded and "Nokia Original" thanks to a firmware upgrade.

My n73 product code is 539335 and i need to know which language pack is associated with it

I asked around a bit, and finally my local Nokia Service partner figured it out for me. They actually had to call Nokia to get the explanation.
