only me !! i got my hands on ringtone studio because it boasts that you can up the volume on the ringtones and cut them and so on i up the volume to 200% but they arnt any loader im i doing sommit wrong some help here is needed i think im saving it afterwards and everything :x :x :x

try this .. go to Edit Song > Change Volume > Move to 200%

It doesnt work on the sounds that came with the phone! It only works with installed midis. Now next time dont just say I have a problem with the volume! If you provide a more detailed explanation we might be able to help you!

dude i know it wont work with the pre installed midis but i thought it might work with my installed ones but clearly it DOESNT :evil:

so you can notice the sound diff can you ?? this is what i do .... open a song eg ..eminem .kim (which i have attached for you to try) goto options edit song change volume then set it to 200%then ok then save is this right

oh damm this im gonna keep trying with other midis my phone must not be broke :P :P ill contact the programers see what they say thanx the help peeps and remember a 7650 is for not just till the p800 comes out !!

nah... i'll still stick with the 7650. the only time i will replace this baby is when they launch a direct replacement for it - say 7650i or 7690 or something like that. 8)

i have the same problem as xzibit, when i change it to 200% it doesnt change volume (at least not noticeble to me) though i can do everything else.

Any of you guys know what is wrong with this certain midi file?

when you play it with Windows media player and ringing tone studio it plays at its normal beat but when you play it with nokia 7650's sound recorder it plays at a very slow speed.

Try the repair function in anvilStudio midi editor, maybe that helps??

I have already done that but to no effect.
have you tried downloading the midi file i attached? play it with windows media player and with nokia 7650's sound recorder. does this have something to do with midi 0 and midi 1 format?

yeah this happens, however, i reckon this only happens when you play the midi before saving it to the recorder of the 7650. try it out, save the mid and then go to your profiles, listen to the midi from there and you'll notice the beat is back normal. 8)
