Help, am i doing something wrong. i have downloaded SEUS and followed the instructions to the letter as far as the 'turn off phone, remove SIM, replace batt & place in cradle' screen. i do this then nothing happens. i am now downloading SEUS again as i wonder if the first one is incomplete or something. any ideas anyone?

the update service requires you to hold the "C" button down after putting the batter back in for a matter of time, this needs to be done so have the front flip connected before trying to update. once you have done this it should carry on prompting

You do not have to have the front clip connected. Works just fine without the flip. Just hold down the C -key on the qwerty keyboard, does the trick too.

One more thing to try is to uninstall the Symbian Drivers and PC Suite, re-boot, re-install PC SUite. This will help if the COM port drivers have been corrupted.
