hi guys i have a nokia n80 and theres a really annoying symbol in the top right corner of the screen. I know it is not the wi-fi thing 100%. The symbol looks like a straight line and has an arrow pointing upwards. I have tried everywhere to find out what this means but i cannot find anything!!! Any help greatly appreciated thanks

Yes, it's missed calls. It'll appear after you've cancelled the missed call(s) message on the idle screen and will stay there until you 'view' the call in the calls log.

if its a missed call item just go into your call log for missed calls look at them then select back all the way back to your home screen , the sysble should go then 😊

ffs RTFM

Now you mention it I read the description again and it does sound more like something stuck in the outbox. The missed calls icon is more, erm, slanty.

Mmmmm.... slanty.

Ive not had txt get stuck on my n80, but on my last s60 phone (6680) when they got stuk i found putting the phone offline then back online sorted the problem and the message was sent

if theres nothing in the outbox, change the message memory to phone or to memory card depending what its set at and see if theres one in the outbox through the alternate memory
