got my Nokia N80 today with firmware 3.06170.0.6
RM-92.
I want to upgrade to version 4 and using Nokia software updater, it says there is no software update available for my phone.... am I doing something wrong?
I thought the latest is version 4... even verison 5 suppose to be out soon.
please help
It�s a network lock device? Maybe is not any upgrade for that network.
no, it's unlocked.... it's unbranded Nokia N80 black.
What are the numbers on the last line of the software version screen?
That seems to have have something to do whether the online updater will give you an update or not.
Mine was (46-02) until yesterday. I could not get an update, nor could anyone else with that language code. I had it updated at a service center in Amsterdam. I now have (06), which I hope will be better supported in the future.
Is there any list mapping the codes (wich area, country) for n80. Mine is (19)...
