Contact List with First name / Last Name

Hello.

I just got this Nokia N80 (from Hong Kong with firmware v3.xxx RM-92)
i noticed that in address book, there is not a setting where I can switch to First name / last name.

can anyone help? I want to change it to U.S version, i don't care about the chinese characters... will firmware upgrade fix me?

Menu - Contacts - Options - Settings - First Name / Last Name. The firmware region determine the upgrade of firmware. But, on Nokia Service, with a pay service, they can change the firmware language.
