Canalys has released its latest figures for shipments of smart mobile devices in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Asia). The figures show Nokia has shipped 5.5 million devices (75.2% market share) and Sony Ericsson has shipped 220,000 (3% market share). In total 5.7 million (78.7% market share) Symbian OS devices have been shipped.
