Unable to download phonebook on BT

I have the N73, and have a factory fitted bluetooth handsfree kit in a Vauxhall Astra Sport Hatch (2006). I do not seem to be able to download the phonebook from the N73 to the car system.

I also have a works Nokia 6230i, which is able to download the phonebook with no problems.

Does anybody have any ideas on what the problem might be.

Hi,

I've got exactly the same problem with a N95 and a Vectra - audio works ok but cannot transfer numbers/names to the carkit...

Anyone else managed to fix this yet?
