New language on 9300i

Just got the new phone.
Had a look at the manual and the phone. Need to received my Bluetooth kit for Mac before syncing contacts and calendar.
2 small questions:
1) trivial, but is there a loudspeaker function? (if yes, I could not find it  . I suppose one way is to increase volume by pressing scroll key...)
2) more tricky, my phone only has English and Dutch (?). Is there a way to import another lingo (French)?

TIA

Congratulations 😊

For speaker phone, just open the phone (clamshell), when you're connected 😃

Sorry, I don't know about the languages part. Maybe someone else can help.

The language is a pay service on Nokia Service. Must be demanded... The auto process of flash only install the region firmware.

Thank you both

WST, it is so simple I should blush, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the manual, and until you actually open the clamshell during a phone call (i.e. to check on your calendar) you wouldn't know it.
nj7: I will probably not pursue the issue, since English is fine, but for future reference: How do you go to Nokia Service? Is it web only (contact them on Nokia.com, pay your money, they give you a link to download the stuff) or do they have retail shops where they actually perform service?

Nokia Service Point - a retail shop dedicated to repair and do general assistance to the phones. Search on Nokia site - assistance - the Nokia Service nearest You.

Thanks again nj7. The part of Kent I live in is probably too remote... The Nokia site crashed on me twice trying to process my postcode    😛cguru:
