6630 Can't read sim card

My 6630 can no longer read sim cards, fomatting does not help. I have had it for 2 years and kept it in perfect condition, is there anything I can do?

Try to clean the contacts, both on SIM and the phone.

Try the phone with another SIM or that SIM on another phone. That way You know what is the problem.

yes tried all those things you suggested, what about flashing the phone? will that work?
