how come the size of my contacts when i click the properties is 36 kb but when i click memory and check contacts the size is 46 kb. arent they supposed to be the same? i mean theyre the same contacts. and also does anyone encounter the problem of deleting some entry in the calendar but instead of the size geting bigger, the size gets smaller? i hope anyone can help me out.
Contacts size in properties and memory
Because the contacts on disk is the database, the contacts in memory is the database and a bit of program to use the database. Also don't forget that some things take up more space in memory than on disk due to compression (JPEG's are a good example of this).
