can someone helpm me?
My N7650 work fine till now(3months), no I jave problem:
My battery went flat and I plug the phone to charge.The indicator is showing that the phone is charging, but after I tried ti switch it on, the Nokia logo appears nad nothing after this.Th battery indicator still goes.Mine is V3.16. I set AktiveDesk as start up application. Is there any reports about some conflict if This application is set as start up?
Can some of you can help me?!
Any ideas?
Problem switching on
what you can do is reformat your phone with *#7370# you will lose all you aplications and data but the phone will boot up if you are lucky. Note to have the charger connected while you are doing this!
And have your lock code at the ready 😃

how could he possibly format his phone?
anwayz i had this problem once where i switch it on, it reach the logo then went back off again for charging.
all i did was hold the on switch for a bit longer.

try it..... switch off the phone...put the charger in and press the code..

I think that I read some where in the Forum, that this is some conflict between phone and Aktive Desk, Do you have any reports of something like this?
I think will wait till the full recharge and if I can not reboot it, I will put the code for the reset😞 all my contacts.....😞
or run!!! as fast as you can to your local Nokia Care! get a new phone!!! 8)
That happens occasionally on my phone too. Just press the power on key
after the Nokia text has turned to that battery charging screen. then it will
start again (and ask for the pin if it is set).
I tied it but ..nothing happened
Do I have to wait full recharge?
Yeah, maybe your battery is so low on charge that is just cant wake up yet.
And I usually have to press the power button a while longer than usual on that situation

u shouldn't have to wait till its fully charged, as its plugged into the charger isnt it?
I left the phone for about an hour and he did restart. I remove the Auto start function of Aktive Desk and switched the phone off to see if it is the problem.After this, the phone doen't restart and now the battery is full and no respond from the phone.The phone stays turned off with full battery indicator on the display.
I tried to put the reset code*#7370#, but no response.
any ideas?
hmmm strange
and when u tried to switch it on after switching it off what did it do exactly, did it even reach the nokia logo or no response at all?
Guys,
I left the phone for a while with the charger pluged in.After 15 min I tried again and the phone responded, but when I put the PIN code, the phone freezed with SIM rejected on the diplay.
I remove the battery, tried several time to switch on, and finaly it responded, put the PIN and noe is working..till when?! I removed Aktive Desk and now it switch on and off w/o problem.
Do you have any expirience like this?
Do you think the problem is Active Desk?

a friend of mine has this very same problem, sounds exactly the same except he didnt have any software at all, it turns out to be a loose connection or something like that in the power switch, sometimes if he knocks it off he cant switch it on for a while, best it to give the phone for a service and cleanup ...
