why cant i use .jar files on my n73?

whenver i try and use a .jar file, games/apps etc they fail to load and the n73 wont recognise it, why is this?

Same here,no problems at all.

can one of you test it for me, go to the link above and try and install facewarp on your n73, as it wont on mine....

I cant i'm afraid as CPW have my N73.

I will Brad when I get home, which will be about 20mins time. I'll report back if successful or not.

It installed ok for me...

Not the best face warper. Only warps the middle of the picture you take, you cant do it yourself (well I only had a quick go with it).

how did you install it as when i send it to my phone via bluetooth it goes in my message inbox then i click it and it says "messaging, unknown file format!"

I just downloaded it from the website and installed it through Bluetooth using the Nokia PC Suite... Nothing special.

hey people im having a problem installing tomtom on my N73, i downloaded the ttomtom program ( symbian ) and all my phone says is ( unable to instal) i hope someone can help me with this problem, i trid to instal other programs like facewarp and it worked fine. any ideas??? my email is [email][email protected][/email]

Now I understand very well the problem... because the same happens to me, not on N73 but on N80:con? The jar files, the same without any problem on N73, begins to install on N80, and almost on end of installation, says something like "impossible to install". Why:con?

i dont know. Earlier in the thread someone said they could get facewarp to install ok on their n73, but it says it cant on my phone?
