E60 - Help! Time Auto Update is 1 hour early

For some reason, when I set my Network Operator Time to Auto-Update, my phone is set to one hour early. I live on the east coast and it sets me to the central time zone.

I have cingular.......can anyone please help?

I've had this problem with Cingular and ATT many times. I think every once in a while they reboot a server and set the time wrong. I've never heard any other explaination. I just set my phone to check with me before it changes the time. It's is usually fixed in a day or two.
