Ive noticed that I cant use the fm radio in offline mode, i appreciate that its a radio signal and thats why its been disabled but surely fm radio signals are every where and simply picking them up isnt harmful to hospitals or planes, anyone know of a way round this so that you can use the fm radio in offline mode???

Because the phone doesn�t have a "normal" FM radio, but a "VIsual" FM radio. The "Visual" part, needs network coverage.
