N73 push to talk and settings wizard problem

I recently upgraded to the N73 and am pleased with it so far. I'm having trouble figuring out how to use push to talk though. The icon for the Settings Wizard does not do anything when I select it which is my main concern. I've also tried to get the push to talk settings sent to my phone wirelessly from the Nokia site, but while the settings are available for the N80, they're not available for the N73.

I know the phone is capable of it because it is detailed in the manual.

Can anyone help?

Push to talk will not work, unless your network operator (whose SIM card you have) also supports PTT on their network.

... and is necessary to do a service subscrition for PTT.
