i have forgotten the password of my MMC Card can anyone tell me how to by pass or break the code

read the card with the computer, the password is stored in plain text format into the card's root directory

I have the same problem with my 2GB miniSD card for my N80 but my pc wont let me access the card so I cannot view this text file.

How can I get my pc to read the card?

You can't if the password is enabled. The only way is to retrieve the mmcstore file from C:\System - this is how it was working on S60 v2. On v3 I'm not sure this is the same.

The password is contained in the mmcstore file as a text, it can be viewed even in the phone. Cahnge the extension into .txt and open it with notes or view it as it is with FExplorer. If this file is gone you can throw the card to garbage because there's nothing which can retrieve the password.
