Hi, the 7,8,9 keys stopped registering like they're frozen; it happened once before about 2 yrs ago when the phone was almost new and some T-mobile tech support specialist for the 6600 talked me through a procedure and it got fixed. Nobody there today knew how to deal with it. Rebooted and switched sims, didn't help. Can't reset my phone to factory via the Tools/settings app either because the lock code for my phone includes one of those keys!
