Hello. Hope you could help me with this.. my phone is n73... i've downloaded some themes frm zedge.net to my phone memory.. i was able to install & activate it... Later when when i browsed my phone to Tools, Themes to activate my other downloaded themes i got the ff. error, "App. closed: Themes E32USER-CBase 21". I cant open the Themes folder anymore..also when i browse other features i get the msg, "App. closed: Menu E32USER-CBase 21" i always get the said error even if i restart my phone.. what shall i do??? ...would reformatting my phone eliminate this? pls help... how to format the phone?.. thank you

Try first the less destructive phone reset code: *#7780#. And, don�t use again those themes!
