Normally flashing or ROM firmware takes no more no less than 15-20min.

if you're going to attempt to upgrade it yourself, try, sending a member here by the nick of FOXHOUND a PM, he was successful doing it.

if not, just run to your local Nokia Care, as 555 mentioned, and if you have warranty you can get the upgrade for free. 😃

no, i havnt updated my firmware, its still 3.12

my friend had his done, it takes 1 hour then u can pick it up

imho i think its less then an hour, the extra time left is for them to install games and have a bit of a play around 😉

not all of them are like this though.
