N73 - photos are often empty and blue - anyone else?

I exchanged my original N73 due to a loose battery cover, and tried out the camera on my new phone last night. A few times, when I took a picture I would end up with an image that was entirely a dark blue blur. These were ordinary, indoor, lit objects.

The phone would lag after the snapshot and before rendering this result. It happened several times (mostly on macro mode I think), but I was eventually able to take these pictures and have them turn out as expected. Rebooting the phone seemed to have no effect on the problem.

Today, more pictures are turning out with this empty, dark blue than not.

Has anyone else experienced this? I didn't experience it at all with my first N73. I'm hoping it's not a hardware problem; I've been without this great phone for long enough already.

This is what it looks like:

I had this happen once the other night (my first night og having it) - but has since stopped and not happened since. Odd - have no ideas what it is though....

Me too, and even with good light (outdoors). For me is always bad memory management, because that happens when the RAM level is very low. Do the firmware upgrade, like I gonna do, when I have time to do, and I hope that (and others) could be resolved.

I still have the trouble after reformatting the phone, and a reboot; in theory, RAM is going to be pristine and have as much available as possible in this case.
