Relocking 7650?

I had my Orange 7650 unlocked to all networks, I now have a software problem with the phone and I can't make calls. The NSC said to bring it to them and they would reinstall the OS, will this relock my phone? Also, If I hard reset the phone will this relock it as well?

When you take your phone to the NSC and they eventually fix it,if the phone is no longer unlocked go back to the NSC and explain to them that your phone was open to all networks before you took it in and now it isnt.They SHOULD unlock again free of charge although i dont think they are obliged to. 😉 😉

A hard reset will not relock the phone

Well,if you take it to NSC,they wont do a hard reset,they will probably flash a new firmware,which is good,it will fix your problem,and you will have the latest firmware version.It should not be locked if you get plaing nokia firmware,i guess they dont install Orange tweaked firmware in your local NSC.
