Bluetooth scan fails to find headset

I've searched around a bit both here and on the net but can't seem to find anything so maybe this is a "dumb-ass user" error...

My Sendo X was working fine with my Motorola Bluetooth headset (cant remember the model but a bit like the H500) until one occasion where I left the headset in the car and wandered off with the phone without disconnecting bluetooth.

Not a major problem I thought and I'd done that before with no problem but now ever since that point, the phone won't find the headset when scanning for devices...

I'm stumped and I even read the Moto headset manual to be sure I was doing things right when attempting to connect!

Can anyone put me out of my misery? What have I been doing wrong?

Thanks

Turn the phone and headset off. Turn everything back on and re-enable Bluetooth on the Sendo X.

Then do a scan and see what you find.

Have you got any other BT devices you can use to make sure the phone is polling correctly?
