Hi
I have firmware version 4,13, and all software installed correct, on the MMC card, etc. When I try the holp button however, I get an error message... "Note! Not found..." I have reinstalled Help.sis many times to no avial.
Please help guys, as I am about to give up!

Damn I see the same message, but with other apps (see my post "Help about sending ring tones via SMS"😉... And some people get this message with eMessaging (see post about eMessaging on www.My-Communicator.com)...
And now you get it with the Help...

may be there is the information for an older version in the software list..
had a similar problem with video app.
be shure that every version is deinstalled and take a look into the app folder on the communicator if there is a folder for the app also after complete deistallation of every version.
if there is still a folder.. delete it before installation

Nokia said me that they didn�t know why. They reinstalled 4.13 on my phone, but the message goes on...
They said they�ll call to me when they have a solution...

I thinked what you say,and I formated completely my device and installed only the nokia data.sis files, but the problem continues...
