Nokia N73 Alarm

From what I have read, the Alarm which is available to buy online here does not have a snooze function. With the nasty built in one being so poor, does anyone know of an alarm application which is better than the built inb one and has snooze?

TIA

Do you know if either (or both) have a snooze function which is longer than the standard five minutes on the phone's alarm?

Not sure. Is because of that I said to You take a look... Both are the only I know for S60v3.

I use Handy Clock. Multiple alarms, and YES.....it has a snooze. Still only 5 minutes though.

I found one more: Igor Dontsov Alarm Manager! If it works like You want, I dont know.

Thanks all, unfortunately none of them have different snooze times. I did find AquaAlarm which does but they haven't released a version for the N73 yet.

Looking for exactly the same (snooze longer than 5 mins), tried all the above apps and they don't do it (as previously stated)

I emailed Nokia asking for this to be added. I also emailed the author of Alarm Manager who told me this :-

"don't you think there is a reason why this feature, requested by several people, is still missing? Snooze period configuration doesn't work, despite the documentation, and in order to provide such functionality I would have to abandon all current implementation based on built-in alarm engine, and reimplement the program from the grounds. Moreover, I would have to obtain Symbian Signed certificate (for S60v3 platform) to have access to certain features. Certification is paid and price is about 300 EUR per attempt."

Interesting response! I suppose one way around it would be to have multiple alarms set the number of minutes apart that you want to snooze. Real hassle to set up and if you want to change your first alarm time...

Suppose I should email Nokia as well. Why on earth they have put such a basic, non-useful alarm into one of their flagship phones is astounding!

:con? How ever who know how to set alarm to work and wake you up after you switch off the phone at night? It used to work fine on me with my previous 6600.
Thank in advance.
