3250 wont startup

i have the same problem..
help please!!!

I had same problem ended up sending it back to nokia for repair they would not say what the problem was they fixed it and put some software on to prevent it happening again, so is this some kind of fault on them?

Mine was still under guarantee so it went via 02 shop took about three weeks for repair.

did you send it out to nokia? or did you bring it directly to a nokia care centre?
because i'm going to get mine brought directly to a nokia repair centre hopefully it can be fixxed right away.
if you shipped it out what did you have to include?
(ex. the box, instructions, receipt with date of purchase, etc)

just took it back to 02 shop they sorted it all for me only needed phone and charger had to show them receipt that i bought it from them that was it no instructions box or anything else was sent with it, think all you need is just send phone and charger in box that is it dont send out else and brief discription of problem.

i'm giving it 2 a friend that going to Hong Kong... and i hope he can bring it directly to the repair centre... which i think is suppose to be 1 hour for the repair(says on the site).
what did you say in the description?

I just told them plugged it in laptop with usb lead and the screen faded after a few minutes then the phone would not startup, its just something for them to go off give them some idea suppose but you will get it sorted.
