I have one problem:
1) why my memory card not detected by the device eventhough i'd try to pull out and insert back the memory card..
can anybody help me?

Same thing to me, but with N80! Not even Nokia Service have a solution, so I change the device by another model.
It seems that you have either a boken one, or a simple 3.0 volts (not a dual voltage one)
