hi friends,
my 9300i is only 3 months old. well the trouble is on the smaller phone key pad and the small screen on the outside.
1.whenever i type a number and dial the phone asks me to save the no.
2. when i use the shortcut keys on thr circular pad the left one gets me the digit 4 instead of going to the write sms option
3. when i use the righth key it gets me the digit 7 instead of going to the inbox.
4. when replying to a sms from the front panel the up and down movements result in dots, alphabet s, digits 4,1 or 7.
each time i have to use the phone i have to flip it open. becomes cumbersome. The good part is that i can only receive calls.
Any remedy Pls.
