I have tried some demos of programs for my 6620 - I can delete the .jar files, but no the app!
How do I uninstall apps on it? I tried the file manager - but it does not locate the executables. Just the .jar files! So now I have a bunch of expired demos on my desktop that I would like to remove!

well you had used the smart filemanager but you cannot cleanup the files stored in the phone memory. In order to remove the files completely just format the phone keeping safely all important files to your memory card . In this process your other applications may also get disturbed in order to rework thoes again reinstall applicatiion you want to keep with you. Formmatting key for series 60 is *#7370#. use it you will surely be benifitted.
And in general, you uninstall apps (games or otherwise, Java or native Symbian/S60) with the "Application Manager" app, which you find in the phone menu.
