I have try to connect the PC Suit via Bluetooth dongle (MIS) brand when i try to search am unable to perform a search. is there any solution for this issue. but i try other device for example my Bluetooth hand free am able to connect by using the dongle software. Do i need to connect to my dongle software then connect to the PC Suit? I am able to connect my N70 to my Bluetooth dongle with out the pc suit the problem the is not that powerful as PC suit its just a basic file transfer software. Is there any other suggestions or any other software.
You need to pair your device via PC Suite. First of all, delete the old pairing between your phone and the dongle and after that go in PC Suite -> Get connected and select Bluetooth. Pair your device using a custom passworg (e.g. 1234) between the phone and dongle and after the pairing is done, go to Paired devices in your phone. Mark the dongle as "Authorized" and press yes when you are warned that the connection will take place without asking.
the problem now is that when i click the search button in my pc suit it cant dectect my dongle and an box apper say it cant find any bluetooth device install
Have you deleted the pairing? Try to pair again and give a shot in PC Suite.
The issue that I have is that I can't connect with a virtual serial port, it says the phone does not support it, and on my previous pc it worked like a charm.
First, Uninstall any bluetooth dongle software/drivers that are installed then uninstall PCSuite. eg Bluesoleil software.
Now connect your dongle, let Windows discover it and tell it to install drivers automatically.
Now reinstall PCSuite.
Next, go to Control Panel. There should be an icon for Bluetooth Devices in the list.
Open that up by double clicking. In the new window will be an ADD button.
Use this to add you phone to the computer. Go thru this wizard for the pairing process to add your phone to Windows.
Now go into PCSuite, select Get Connected, choose bluetooth connection and get it searching. It should find your phone and then go thru the pairing process.
This is what works for me after I had trouble using the dongle software, Bluesoleil. I found this out by accident after uninstalling everything and reconnecting the dongle.
This even worked on an XP machine that never had any phone stuff on it previously.
