Hi all, first post here.

I just got a N73 and have to say im delighted with it now i have flashed it and removed all the evil voda nonsense but have since been wondering if there is any way to have more than the 6 allowed standby apps on the desktop, its about the only thing thats annoying me at the min, it would make it alot more user friendly in my book if i could add a few more essentials (to me anyway)

Thanks in advance.

No more standby apps. However, you can rearrange apps in the main menu so that you have those you need at the topmost level and the rest in submenus (that way the important list of apps is just a menu key press away).

Remember also the apps you can configure for the multimedia key.

And, of course, do not configure any apps to the left and right softkeys, which are already in the active standby apps list or launched by the multimedia key. Using different apps for the softkeys gets you two more to the desktop.

Note also that as the active standby already list calendar info and tasks, you don't need those in the app shortcuts otherwise.
