How to remove Phone LOck code

I forget the phone lock code so how can i recover it or remove it. Is there any method to set it to default code and whats its default phone lock code
My phone's IMEI No. is 356657005826349 Plz anybody help me out And thxs in advance take good care

The default lock code is 12345.
