Can't sync to Outlook

Just got my E61 today. Installed the latest PC Suite, configured a USB connection and set it up to sync with Outlook.

I connect the phone, select PC Suite connection on the E61 and click on sync in the PC Sync application.

I get two possible results: mostly it does nothing at all. Sometimes it starting synching and then sits there with the bar about a third of the way across saying 'Waiting for E61' and nothing else happens. No data is transferred.

What am I doing wrong?

are you sure you are connected? more often than not i connect my e61 and connect via pc suite mode on the handset and it doesnt connect to the software and i get the cross on the taskbar, i close the pc suite and restart it and it connects. never had any probs synching with outlook. are you using professional? or express? if prfessional which version? standalone or network/exchange?

All fixed now - I had to reboot to get it to work. I hadn't rebooted since installing PC Suite.
