NSU Error Message

When I try to use NSU I get the following error message:

"Action failed due to network problems."

When I click the "OK" button, the NSU quits.

Anyone know what is happening and how to fix it?

Network problems:con? The phone must be on "General Profile"... You must have a broadband connection... and the connection between phone and PC, is on PCSuite mode. Check all that, because I don�t have any other idea.

Thanks NJ7 - made sure all that was the case and it still didn't work. I think it may be my work network/laptop preventing something.

Same for me - I cannot update at work. Anyway, I got used with the bugs and seeing the battery issues of 5.xxxx firmware I don't want to update anymore.
