i know we have MMS and all but here's a bunch of picture msgs you can use in your 7650. my gf still uses 8890 and i cant send her MMS so i send here these! they're way cool!!!
also, they are already .ota files so all you have to do is send them via IR and they will be saved directly to the pic msgs folder.

Use logomanager then save the file as *.otb then go to MS-DOS prompt and rename the picture file to example picture.otb to picture.ota then send it to your fone via IR or etc.
yup. that's pretty mush how you do it. but actually you dont have to go to the MS-Dos prompt. you can simply browse the file in your pc and rename there as .ota.
