:frown: Hello all, Everything was working fine until i installed NSS.(Changing product code) I read all of the info on installing driver and tried to do so but at the screen to install had message "location does not contain hardware info... now i can't use PC Suite "unknown device" reinstalled PC Suite but no go....

Are you useign XP ... with the usb cable?
Try moving the usb cable to another port ..
shut down and restart.. worked fro me!!

yes i am using xp. did that no joy!!! unknown device comes up.. i need a driver i think, if anyone has any ideas to help!!! i would be greatful...
u tried installing the nokia connectivity cable drivers?
sorted it!!! one of the pins on the cable slightly bent!!!!!:redface: 😊 😊
